  • Identification and Contact Data: Full name, address, telephone number, email address, signature, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), age, names of family members and their contact telephone numbers, place of birth, gender, CURP (Unique Population Registry Code), professional license number, photographs, as well as, where applicable, identification documents required for access to facilities.
  • Datos Laborales y Académicos: Cargo, empresa, formación académica, experiencia profesional y competencias para fines de capacitación, programas de liderazgo y gestión de personal especializado.
  • Financial and Asset Data: Banking information for invoicing and compliance with consulting or leasing service contracts.
  • Technical and Monitoring Data: IP address, login data for our websites and other online services, browser type and version, time zone settings and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, geolocation data, and browsing data related to the use of our technological solutions and social or environmental monitoring software.

Coidaura Terra does not collect sensitive personal data from users. If such data becomes necessary, the express and written consent of the data subject will be obtained—through handwritten signature, electronic signature, or any authentication mechanism—and Coidaura Terra will justify the storage of such data in accordance with Article 9 of the Law, treating it under the strictest security measures, responsibility, and absolute confidentiality.

Special Due Diligence and Audit Clause: Coidaura Terra shall treat with strict confidentiality and under security protocols any personal information contained in corporate, legal, or technical documents subject to review. Such data shall be used exclusively for issuing risk assessments and compliance plans and shall be deleted or returned upon termination of the contractual relationship, in accordance with applicable legal timeframes.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

The personal data collected shall be used for the following necessary purposes:

  • Operations and Consulting: To communicate with you, register you as a new client or supplier, manage our relationship with you, ensure service quality, and comply with regulatory requirements and management reports.
  • Environmental Management and Safety: Conducting environmental impact assessments, industrial waste management, industrial safety, and water resource management.
  • Specialized Services: Administration, direction, and supervision of specialized technical personnel at client facilities, in accordance with labor regulations.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Registration and follow-up of training programs, issuance of certificates, and management before competent authorities.

Secondary Purposes:

  • Sending informational newsletters on sustainability, regulatory updates, and promotions of new services. (You may object to this use at any time.).

4. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred and processed within and outside Mexico by Coidaura Terra with:

  • Government Authorities: For compliance with audits, procedures before competent authorities agreed upon with you, as well as at the request of governmental authorities and in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the Data Protection Law.
  • Related Third Parties: Suppliers or contractors necessary for the execution of specific projects, who shall assume the same obligations as Coidaura Terra under this Privacy Notice and applicable legislation.

5. ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you (Access), request its correction (Rectification), request its deletion from our records (Cancellation), or object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition), as well as to revoke the consent granted for the processing of your personal data, except in cases provided for by law.
